At All of God’s Creatures, our goal is to provide exceptional care while respecting the time and needs of everyone. Additional fees apply to endure consistent, reliable service during high-demand periods and for clients outside of our standard service area. These fees help ensure the ability to deliver personalized and dependable care to everyone we serve.
Holiday Service Fee
Pet care doesn’t stop on holidays and I’m proud to provide care when you need it most. A $15 holiday surcharge per visit / $30 per overnight stay will be added for services scheduled on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Easter
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve
Travel Fees
All of God’s Creatures proudly serves Grove City, and realizes those outside of the community also need care. Travel fees are based on driving distance:
Within 10 miles: No travel fee
10-20 miles: $10 per visit
20-30 miles: $20 per visit
More than 30 miles: Custom quote will be provided during the consultation
Last Minute Booking Fee
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $10 convenience fee and will be subject to availability.
Cancellation Fees
Cancelation Fee Schedule
- More than 72-hours notice - no cancelation fee
- 48-72 hours notice - 25% of scheduled services
- 24 - 48 hours notice - 50% of scheduled services
- Less than 24 hours notice - 100% of scheduled services
- Same Day Cancelation - 100% of scheduled services
- Holiday Service Cancelation - 100% of scheduled holiday services if canceled within 72 hours of visit.
